EXPLANATION DIGITAL ORDERING

The PDF forms have entry fields. You no longer have to print them and fill them in with a pen. With a current version of Acrobat Reader or PDF Foxit Reader (recommended), you can fill in the fields behind the screen and email us the PDFs after saving. We process these forms with priority and you will receive a confirmation from us with the drawings for checking. You can do the order confirmation digitally via the link in the e-mail.

INSTALLATION

Here are a number of guidelines regarding installation and storage of the forms.

DOWNLOAD ORDER FORMS

You can download the order forms by clicking on the link below. It is a zip file which, after unpacking, creates a folder structure as described below.

LAYOUT OF THE FOLDERS STRUCTURE

Place the zip file in the main location. In principle, this location is not relevant (it may also be a network drive). For axample: C:\DTS or E:\suppliers\.

When extracting (right mouse click – extract here) the following folders are created on the computer:
The main folder DTS PDForders. The following folders will be located under this main folder:

◼︎ Bestelformulieren: This contains the original order forms

◼︎ Invulformulieren: This contains the order forms with the already completed fields (see: below)

◼︎ Orders: This is where the orders come

STANDARD VALUES (DEFAULTS)

You can pre-fill your default values in the PDF forms. You save these forms in the folder Fill-in forms. You can save different variants of the same profile in this folder (eg BI114-2 section and BI139-2 section) or (BU1-52mm and BU1-67mm). Choose clear naming in connection with recognisability.

DTS RUNNERS (PROFILES WITH SHORTER DELIVERY TIME)

The zip file below contains a number of specific sills with fixed rebate dimensions. If you use this, make sure you do not adjust the sill rebate dimensions there. The drilling pattern and rebate can be freely specified.

ORDER PROCESSING

CREATE ORDER

To create a new order, create a folder in the Orders folder with the name of the work or, for example, a purchase number. Copy the cover page from the Fill-in forms folder to this folder with the name vb- (work name). Fill in the cover page.

CREATE TYPES

Select the desired form from the folder entry forms and copy it to the relevant order folder of the work in. Rename the form to a specific brand eg. A1.pdf. Open the PDF with AdobeReader (version XI) or FoxitReader and fill in the sheet.

SEND ORDER

After you have created all brands and completed the cover page, zip the relevant order folder and email it to sales@dts-dorpels.nl

CONFIRM

We process your order in our system. You will receive the drawings and other overviews by e-mail. We recommend that you check the drawings again. You can then digitally confirm the order to us by clicking on the link in the e-mail.
Note: Changes are no longer possible from that moment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

MY SILL / SIZE IS NOT LISTED?

Other models and / or sizes are in principle no problem. These cannot be requested via the PDF forms. Send a drawing to sales@dts-dorpels.nl or contact our service line for further information. 0573 438 410

OTHER SILL THICKNESS THAN 52 OR 67 MM?

Other sill thicknesses are also possible, but not via the order form. You can use the form, but print it out yourself and indicate the thickness you want. Scan and email this to verkoop@dts-dorpels.nl

ARE MORE SECTIONS THAN 5 POSSIBLE?

Yes, this is possible but not via a digital order form. Please pass on the data to us in another way.

IS YOUR OWN DRILLING PATTERN POSSIBLE?

Yes: by entering the Y1 and Y2 dimensions and the X1 and X2 per neutral (relative to the center line) you can adapt the borehole pattern to your own situation. We advise you to include this as default values in the (basic) input forms.

OUR STANDARD SIZES DIFFER FROM THE ORDER FORM, IS THERE ANOTHER WAY?

Yes, by using fill-in forms that you create once.
◼︎ Copy an order form to the fill-in forms folder.
◼︎Fill out that form with your default values such as the drilling patterns
◼︎ Save the form and give it a recognizable name
For an order you use the forms from the Fill-in forms folder and not from the standard order forms (see: Installation).
