The new mechanical frame connection DJP PROFIX, represents a revolution in carpentry factories. This makes the production of wooden frames much more efficient. Realized by a unique plug and bolt connection for direct fixation and initial strength of the frame. The adhesive provides the necessary final strength and watertightness.
This approach is on the one hand revolutionary in terms of connection and on the other hand also evolutionary. The combination of plug, accompanying bolt and glue have resulted in a KOMO certified connection method.

This innovative combination is KOMO certified according to BRL 0819. The DJP PROFIX optimizes the industrial carpentry process in time and quality. The effective mechanical connection shortens process times and immediately gives strength to the wooden frame after installation.
STRONG, DRY AND PERMANENTLY SEALED
The DJP PROFIX can be used for all external connections. The connection is fixed with the DJP FOLLOWING PLUG 0819 (ø14 mm) in combination with a unique bolt of INNODEEN and PU glue. The connection is strong, dense and permanently dry.

WAITING TIMES AND
INTERIM STORAGE
Even large, heavy frames can be hung immediately after “locking up” without any loss of quality and without stagnation in connection with the curing of the adhesive. With the DJP PROFIX it is also possible to mount the frame parts hanging. After the adhesive has been removed, the frame can be sprayed immediately. “Waiting” frames in interim storage are a thing of the past, which significantly shortens the turnaround time.
